We offer a 30 Day Money back guarantee on all our phones for any reason. We cover the return postage if the return is due to a fault with the phone. Click here to request a return.
We offer a 6 Month Warranty on all our refurbished iPhones. The warranty covers any hardware or software issued that may arise within 6 months. The warranty does not cover accidental damage to the phone including water, screen or cosmetic damage. We will decide at our discretion to either repair the faulty phone or replace it.
Return must be authorised by us. After notifying us of an issue with your phone, we will respond within 1-2 days with further instructions. Please do not send back the phone to us until you have received a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
All iPhones must be signed out of your Apple ID before returning it and all your personal data should be removed by erasing and resetting your iPhone. If you are unable to access your phone (example, the screen stopped working) you can log out of your Apple ID by going to iCloud.com on another device or computer and login to your Apple ID. You will then have the option to remove the faulty device from your Apple ID account. If you setup the 'find my iPhone' feature, this needs to be signed out too before returning the phone.
